Cancer CARE Registry Philippines, or CARE PH, is a non-profit, non-stock, non-governmental foundation registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (Registration Number CN201704409). We created a mobile application as a tool for a Hospital-Based Cancer Registry System, maintained by an organization of healthcare champions, patients, and their caregivers.
